Availability / Items Out Of Stocks

Parkers Food Machinery Plus do everything we can to ensure our stock figures are correct.

The website is updated automatically every hour with new stock stock figures, however occasionally on-hand stock quantities may be incorrect. If for any reason, a product is out of stock our customer service team will contact you to inform you of the new delivery date or offer a suitable replacement. For courier deliveries items out of stock under the value of £35, we will issue a refund automatically.

Some orders may be delivered from multiple locations and therefore goods may not all arrive together or even on the same day. Feel free to contact our customer service team if you are ever unsure.

Items we do not typically hold in our own warehouse are usually (but not exclusively) listed as "available on back order", rather than "in stock" on the website with a typical lead time in days displayed. As these items need to be sent by our suppliers, these lead times are based on historic lead times from our suppliers and are not guaranteed or can vary.

Lead times on "back order" items can be effected by supply chain issues, import clearance and shipment delays. Lead times can be less than the time stated, however it can also take longer. If at any time you wish to hear an update on your order please Contact Us for more information.

If you would like more updated information on lead times, please Contact Us before placing your order.

Inventories are usually correct too with 1 hour. If the last unit of an item is sold within the hour prior to the web shop inventory update it would appear in stock online, but would actually be out of stock, this is rare but possible.

Parker’s Food Machinery Plus Ltd cannot accept responsibility for loss of trade or any other consequential loss for any out-of-stock or delayed back order items.
