Slicers designed for installation in small and medium size restaurants. Compact dimensions but great cutting capacity. Anodized cast aluminum alloy. Belt drive, silent motor asynchronous forged blades made of hardened steel, sliding carriage on self-lubricating bushings,  door-goods aluminum platter with slip grooves to reduce friction, sharpener  built in cast aluminum.
