Slicers Professional gravity, ideal for cutting meats. Anodized cast aluminum alloy,  belt drive, motor with thermal protection and forged blades made of hardened steel, sliding  cart on self-lubricating bushings, aluminum holder plate with slip grooves,  the standard flat-release system (CE version), sharpener built in cast aluminum.  Available also with knobs completely in anodized aluminum (SILVER).
