These dried apricots are cleaned, dried, diced and coated with rice flour in Turkey.
The apricots are bright orange in appearance with a sweet fruity flavour. Its ideal for making fruit cakes, jams, biscuits and desserts.
The fruit is kept fresh in 10kg boxes to preserve all the natural flavours. Apricots are also rich in vitamins, minerals and fibre.
