Preparation Methods:
1. Mixer Method

Mince meat and fat through a coarse plate.

Add the 1.18kg sausage mix into the bowl and mix evenly.

Gradually add water, mixing until fully absorbed.

Re-mince through a 5mm plate and fill into casings.
2. Bowl Chopper Method

Dice meat and fat and place in the bowl chopper.

On slow speed, sprinkle the mix over the meat until dispersed.

On high speed, gradually add water. (Use slow speed if you prefer a coarser, more rustic texture).

Fill into casings and store refrigerated.
