A classic gravy made from delicious chicken stock with a dash of fine white wine. Simply heat and pour over roast, steamed, pan-fried or grilled chicken. Add a spoonful of Atkins & Potts Red Onion and Jalapeño Relish to add spice, or fold in crème fraîche for extra smoothness.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and light. Once opened refrigerate and consume within 4 weeks.
