“ICONE” chop cutters are multi-purpose machines that ensure a good slice in meat both with and without the bone that has an automatic return on the carriage. The ICONE chop cutters can have either a smooth, sawtooth or a micro sawtoothed blade. They feature two different thrust modes. Step by step, which will start and stop the blade and carriage to ensure precision based cuts. Or a continuous mode that spins the blade at a constant speed and along with the carriage. The Icone 700 has two cutting speeds, capable of 90 or 180 cuts per minute.
