A Mainca burger attachment former is an accessory that is used with a Mainca sausage filler to automatically form burgers or meatballs. Instead of sausage filling nozzles, the burger attachment is fitted to the filler, and the meat is pushed through it to be formed into consistent patties. These attachments are available in various models and sizes for different diameters of burgers or meatballs.

How it works
The burger former attachment replaces the standard nozzles on a Mainca sausage filler.
Meat is fed into the filler’s hopper, and the machine is operated using its lever.
The filler forces the meat through the attachment, which forms it into a burger shape as it is pushed out.
The rotating mould plate within the attachment creates the final product.
