Description

Mantle Over Wrapper TW 450mm White Steel

These simple to use hand stretch wrap machines incorporate two support rollers for the stretch film to be used and a stainless steel support bridge that allows the film to pass under the product to be wrapped. The electric console features a constantly heated, low voltage cutting wire to cut the film before sealing the bottom of the tray on the stainless steel hot plate. The hotplate features adjustable temperature settings.

A low cost tray wrapping unit designed for use with low migration PVC and Polyolefin stretch films up to 450mm wide for in store or central packaging use.

A mild steel Teflon coated hotplate cover can also be supplied for use with stretch films requiring higher sealing temperatures. The film is cut using a 0.020″ Dia.
Nichrome resistance hot wire.

This machine is manufactured using zinc coated mild steel and epoxy powder coated white.
The wrapping bridge is of 304 food quality stainless steel.
