Machine for manually portioning and cutting sausage
By changing the number of clamps, you can change the length of the sausages
In position 3 clamp,s you can make sausages ranging from 19.5cm to 24cm, by simply adding or removing the U supports
In position 4 clamps, you can make sausages ranging from 14.5cm to 18cm. In position 2, with 1 clamp, you can make sandwich sausages or brasse sausages.
