The PSV DRC32 is a robust, high‑performance 3HP meat mincer designed for demanding butchery and food‑processing environments. Built entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel, it offers exceptional durability, easy cleaning, and quick dismantling of the external head. Available with either the UNGER 98 double‑cut or ENTERPRISE 32 single‑cut system, it delivers reliable heavy‑duty output with a capacity of up to 600kg per hour. The unit features a solid in‑house‑manufactured gearbox, a large removable tray, reverse function, and a waterproof low‑voltage control box for safe, convenient operation. Compact yet powerful, the DRC32 is ideal for butcher shops, supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, and central kitchens.
