Verstegen Binding DS Pure 475g

Binding DS Thickener Powdery product for sauces. It is deep-freeze resistant and suitable for sterilization processes and sous-vide preparations. It is used, for example, to maintain the consistency of the sauce during sterilized stew and canned goulash.

Binding DS also ensures that the released meat is bound in a sous-vide preparation and the sauce is not watery.
