This blend originated in Mallorca where new Spring herbs were blended with salt and lemon for a glorious fresh flavour. Wonderful on broccoli, cabbage, spinach and peas. Perfect with oven-baked cod or hake. Lovely in an oil and vinegar salad dressing. Try more from the range, including our Seaweed, Chilli, Tomato, Garlic and Viking salts.
