The Formatic range of machines from Deighton Manufacturing (UK) Ltd are the perfect solution to your food forming and portioning requirements. Able to form a wide range of products including meat, fish, potato, vegetable & ethnic, butter & cheese as well as bakery and confectionary, into a variety of shapes and sizes, the Formatic is the industry standard for small to high volume food producers.

The R Series machines are the smallest models in the range and can produce forms of up to 120mm diameter and are available in speeds of 1200, 2200 and 4000 revolutions per hour.

Simple and Smooth Operation
Simplicity is the strength of the Formatic system. Suited to a variety of mixtures of numerous textures and consistencies, the Formatic uses synchronized paddles to gently press mixture into the required form shape. Assisted by the wire drum scraper, the formed product is then smoothly ejected onto the conveyor, presenting it for packaging or additional processing.

The R2200 burger machine comes as standard with a 15kg hopper and is fitted with either a 100mm or 118mm drum

The burger-making machine is capable of producing 2200 burgers per hour but comes with variable speed control so you are in control of how fast it works.

The burger-making machine is suited to a variety of mixtures and numerous textures and consistencies and uses synchronized paddles to gently press the mixture into the required shaped drum. Various different shaped drums can be bought for the Formatic burger machine, from simple circles or rectangles to more complex shapes like Christmas trees, gingerbread men, etc. The only thing that limits you is the available size on the actual drum itself. The Formatic burger machine comes as standard with an auto paper attachment, which places a burger paper on the bottom of each burger, and assisted by the wire drum scraper the formed product is then smoothly ejected onto the conveyor belt, presenting it for packaging or additional processing. Burger papers for the machine are available to purchase from our website or directly over the phone with our spare parts department.

Burger Papers

Both sizes are made from 73gsm paper, they are square in shape and have a 6mm locating hole. These burger papers will fit into the Formatic R2200 Burger Machine and are sold in boxes of 45 reams, with each ream containing 500 papers.
