The super-strong heavy-duty cheese cutter is manufactured from high quality stainless steel and naturally carries a stainless steel wire. It is easy to wipe clean, hygienic and durable with a base size measuring 33cm x 28 cm (13″ x 11″).

The stainless steel version is tough and durable and is perfectly at home in the busiest kitchen or the most frantic cheese counter…

Patent floating wire slips smoothly through all types of cheese, with minimal crumbling and waste. Replacement wires can be fitted in seconds.

After each cut, the wire returns automatically to the cutting position. When not in use, the handle is housed in retaining slots where the wire is kept semi-taut and free from kinks.

Each cutter comes complete with a pack of 12 spare wires (also available separately). The standard length for the wires is 60cm, but 45cm and 90cm long versions are also available, along with spare feet and springs. To clean, wipe down with a damp cloth. Can also be cleaned in a dishwasher (on a low setting).
