This overhead scale is designed to be inserted into an overhead rail transport line normally installed in slaughterhouses and cutting plants.

 

Characteristics
The mentioned rail is cut in the weighing area and the loose piece is fixed to the scale so that, without interrupting the transport, the load of the hooks can be weighed.

Basically, it is formed by a galvanized steel body that is fixed to the structure of the transport or ship. In this model, some axles come out of the cells that suspend the rail support bar, and this in turn by means of braces to the weighing rail.

This model is equipped with two LC2 or LC type load cells that comply with the OIML/R60-C3/C5 directive and with IP-67 protection. The load cells are bonded to a PBT box that also meets IP67. The length of the weighing rail is from 500 to 800mm.

All models are built with galvanized F-112 steel and stainless steel screws and are supplied with a 15m cable to the viewer.

By combining with the appropriate visor, all kinds of requirements can be met and a wide variety of combinations of approved sets or for internal use can be made. On request, the equipment connected to our viewers can be ordered with a CE Declaration of Conformity. All versions are approved for 3000 divisions.
