Soft Air
All models include the progressive atmosphere (Soft Air). When using this option, air enters the vacuum chamber in a gradual and controlled manner according to a predetermined time, so that the bag adapts to the product in a very gentle way without damaging it. It is ideal for packaging meat on the bone, lobsters, screws, powders, electronic components, etc.

Vacuum packing consists of removing all the air from inside a container or bag to isolate the contents from the outside and remove the oxygen from the inside, and then sealing it hermetically.
In this way, the food is completely sealed, without coming into contact with the oxygen from the outside, protected also from humidity and strange smells, preserving the original flavour and extending its life.

By acting as a barrier between the product and the air, it not only protects from the action of microorganisms, but also stops the natural oxidation of aromas, changes in colour and texture, loss of flavour, and destruction of nutrients, keeping it fresh for much longer.
Faced with these problems, vacuum packaging is the ideal solution for keeping fresh food in perfect condition for much longer.
